The City’s 311 service provides residents, businesses and visitors with easy access to non-emergency City services, programs and information 24 hours a day, seven days a week. 311 can offer assistance in more than 180 languages.
Contact 311 at email@example.com or by phone at 3-1-1. A representative will initiate your request and will issue you a reference number, which you can use to track your request on their website.
